🤐 We’re working on our acronym addiction…

Jargonbuster quiz winner

We built the quiz to have a bit of fun with the fact that we use a lot of jargon in the IT world – and we know it can be a bit much at times. Going forward, we’re making a real effort to keep things clearer and cut down on the acronym soup.

“We talk tech every day, but we’re very aware that not everyone speaks ‘EDR’, ‘SaaS’ or ‘FTTP’ as a first language. This quiz reminded us to keep communication simple, and we’re doubling down on that moving forward.”

– Les Robinson, Personic

Thanks again to everyone who played along – and if you’ve got any questions about acronyms (or IT support in general), you know where to find us.
