Les Robinson, shares his thoughts:

“We recognise that transitions like these can be daunting. Some prefer what they know, and can return to the ‘classic experience.”

Reverting to the Classic Outlook View

We understand that adapting to a new interface can be challenging. If you prefer the familiar look of the classic Outlook, you can revert to it by following these steps:

  1. Open the New Outlook: Launch the new Outlook application on your computer.
  2. Use the Toggle: Locate the toggle switch labelled “New Outlook” in the upper-right corner of the window.
  3. Turn Off the New Outlook: Click the toggle to switch it off.
  4. Confirm Reversion: A prompt will appear asking for confirmation. Click “Revert” to proceed.
  5. Restart Outlook: The application will close and reopen in the classic view.

If you do not see the toggle option or need some assistance in reverting to the classic view, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team. We’re committed to making this transition as comfortable as possible for you. For those wishing to stick with the classic view, Microsoft have confirmed that this will available until 2029!
